Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Yura Transportation Social Media Publisher (“the tool”) handles data.

What we access

Only the official social media accounts owned by Yura Transportation, after the account owner authorizes access via the platform's login screen. From TikTok we use: basic profile information (open ID, display name), and permission to upload or publish videos to the company's account.

What we store

Access tokens issued by the platforms, the content prepared by the company's team (texts, photos, videos) and the results of publishing (post IDs and links). Media files are deleted from our server within 7 days after publishing. We do not collect personal data of viewers or followers.

Sharing

We do not sell or share data with third parties. Content is sent only to the platform where the company chose to publish it.

Security and retention

Data is stored on a private server with restricted access. Tokens are kept until access is revoked. Access can be revoked at any time in the platform's settings (e.g. TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions), after which stored tokens stop working and are deleted.
